Share Email Opening Title Iceland Health Operations Manager  Description The Iceland Health Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the brand. Key Accountabilities: Ensure the timely and effective production of Iceland Health/Blessed Herbs products.  Includes those outsourced as well as those produced by Nature's Products.  The Operations Manager is responsible for making sure all Iceland Health products are in stock and saleable at the fulfillment center. Work closely with several NPI departments in order to support the brand.  Such as but not limited to:  Planning, Product Development, QA/QC, Purchasing, Costing, Accounting. Work closely with QA//QC to ensure that all outsourced products are compliant where applicable.  Compliance includes all product labels. cGMP experience a plus. Management of Iceland Health 3PL fulfillment center.  Will need to work closely with NPI's Logistics team to accomplish. Review and submit customer complaints and adverse events to QA for investigation. Consistent communication with the Call Center/Client Services Group to ensure all of Iceland Health/Blesses Herbs needs are met from an operational standpoint. Will be responsible for Iceland Health/Blessed Herbs customer service, with the support of both the Call Center and the Branded Customer Service departments.  Work closely with Sales & Maketing of the brands on different projects and opportunities.  Such as new products, quoting, pilots. All quoting for new and existing products will come through the Operation Manager.  Will need to submit quotes and work with NPI's Costing department to ensure timeliness and negotiations where applicable.
