Key Account Manager - Louisville, Kentucky 


Bronco Wine Company is seeking to grow its National USA Sales territories and is searching for a self-starting sales professional for a key account manager position in the Louisville, Kentucky area.

A key account manager position with Bronco Wine Company (BWC) offers you the opportunity to assume ownership of an established and successful region and to provide leadership to a growing national team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation and achievement of annual sales and accounts sold goals.
  • Develop, implement and execute sales programs and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute merchandising and distribution standards with our distributor network.
  • Build working relationships with the top on and off premise accounts, both chain and independents.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with distributor sales and management personnel. This would include conducting sales meetings on a consistent basis to communicate sales and marketing objectives and keeping winery brands at the forefront of all distributor sales presentations, daily monitoring of price points (including competitive set), orders, shipments, samples, training and POS management as well as conducting mid-year and annual planning and review meetings with all distributors.
  • Conduct quarterly market analysis surveys in all major markets.
  • Provide monthly reports and accomplishments recap to National Sales Manager.
Position Requirements



The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of wine industry experience at the Supplier Level, District Manager, Key Account Manager or other Management level. Excellent communication, organizational, and self-motivational skills are critical to your success in this position. All candidates should also have a high level of integrity, confidence, and the ability to forge strong professional relationships in short timeframes.

This position requires extensive travel within a geographic region so all candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and be able to meet the company's insurance requirements.
