United Farmers Cooperative (UFC) is looking for an Account Management Associate to join our Agronomy Team. This team member will learn tactics, policies, and procedures to increase volume sales and margin by actively supporting Account Managers selling products and services for the benefit of UFC and its member owners.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

- Work directly with UFC Account Managers to gain sales experience in Seed, Crop Protection Products, Crop Nutrition, and Agronomy Services.

- Gain knowledge to provide product and service recommendations to customers that results in improved growth and profitability for UFC (all with oversight from Account Managers)

- Accountable for assisting Account Managers in maintaining customer business relationships for UFC Agronomy accounts the Account Manager is responsible for.

- Responsible for upholding and building the UFC brand as it pertains to members, customers, peers, employees, and suppliers.
