Directs and coordinates the efforts of all feed personnel to accomplish these objectives. Responsible for sales and growth of feed business. Communicates the strategic direction and needs of the company to vendors, the industry, and employees. Applies sound business principles in the management of the business unit. Meets or exceeds the sales, margin, and local savings goals for the business unit. Formulates, directs and coordinates activities and policies.
