Every year in our plant a great number of students gets an opportunity to broaden their knowledge and gain professional experience as our APPRENTICE.
During apprenticeship program our apprentice is acquainted with the company (a broad range of activities connected with production business) and can acquire knowledge about work in chosen department or team (range of tasks, department organization, norms, procedures, acting methods, information systems, databases, department documents). The apprentice main task is to support department team with their current tasks.
Apprenticeships in such departments or teams are now available:
• Logistics
• New Project Launches
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Present Product Engineering
• Production Quality (Polish language skills - essential)
• Preproduction (Moulding)
• Informatics (.net knowledge - essential)
• Incoming Inspection (reading of technical drawing - essential)
• Human Resources (Polish language skills - essential)
• Purchasing (Polish language skills - essential)

Requirements:
• current student status (apprentice must submit student insurance certificate and agreement for the apprenticeship from the school)
• studies or personal interests connected with issues of chosen department or team
• English or German language skills (for foreigners: Polish language skills - at least basis – will be an asset)
• personality: communicative, creative, thorough, conscientious
• computer literacy (MS Excel / MS Word), for technical departments AutoCad or Catia will be an asset
• availability: at least 3 days per week.
Formal conditions of apprenticeship:
• unpaid student apprenticeship (without any payment from the company, but if the school will pay for the apprentice - it is allowed)
• duration at least 4-6 weeks
• agreement for the apprenticeship from the school is essential.
There is possibility to start apprenticeship both during summer holiday and during school year.
