Position Overview: This position reports to the Agronomy Operations Manager and oversees the Winthrop Agronomy Shop. Primary Objectives of the Position: Organize, run and maintain Winthrop shop Responsible for maintaining the Agronomy equipment Applies fertilizer and chemicals to customer's fields at specific rates determined by Agronomy Sales Specialist or Agronomy Operations Manager Communicates with patrons and employees in a manner that will create support and loyalty for United Farmers Cooperative. Experience: Mechanical aptiutde required.
