Outside/Territory Field Sales Representative (Kentucky and then portions of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee) Job Summary: Are you in the market for a fast-paced job that gives you the opportunity to utilize your excellent sales ability? We would love for you to join our Ardisam team as an Outside/Territory Field Sales Representative and cover the state of Kentucky, and then also portions of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Tennessee. In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales route in your assigned territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policies. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments. Reports to: National Sales Manager Key Interfaces: The Outside/Territory Field Sales Representative will be a key member of the sales team and will interface daily with the National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Account Management Team and the Customer Service Team. Deliverables: -Achieve sales revenue targets within standard program pricing guidelines -Achieve new distribution and market share growth objectives within territory Duties: -Create and implement a sales strategy that assures you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company. -Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory. -Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service. -Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers. -Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers. -Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting. -Build an organized and disciplined territory coverage plan -Provide in store employee product training -Execute P.O.P., merchandising, displays and employee programs -Attend sales meetings, training programs and trade shows as requested -Support National Accounts within defined territory -Provide market intelligence on product, pricing, and promotions -Collect consumer concerns and suggestion to product development team -Identify and secure emerging sales opportunities for the Company Skill Set Requirements: -Self-starter, self-motivated with strong time management skills -Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented -Computer use competency -Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills -BA/BS degree or equivalent Travel: -Willingness and able to travel 75-90% of time on the road to customers.
