Fraud Representatives assist Clients & Cardholders with resolving their fraud inquiries. They handle a high volume of phone calls where they will review accounts for possible fraudulent activity. Responsibilities within this role will also include:
*Maintaining a positive relationship between the customer/victims and GE.
*Responding promptly to client and customer inquiries.
*Disposition of credit applications and sales authorizations.
*Effectively managing service levels.
*Consistently providing superior quality of service.
*Anticipating client/customer needs.
*Identifying and using appropriate resources.
*Initiating action to correct telephone, system or operating routine deficiencies.
*Developing and proposing methods to improve service.
*Strong ability to handle confidential information.
*Additional job responsibilities as assigned
This position requires 6+ months customer service experience of any kind or equivalent military experience.
